The front house is in good condition and has been recently renovated. It is currently tenanted at $315 per week at a reduced rent because of construction of new house at back. Once everything has been completed on new house the rent will go up to $330-$340pw.
The new house at the back is in the final stages of completion. It has just passed it's building inspection and has a plumbing inspection next week. Once everything has been signed off it will be issued with a Code of Compliance Certification.
This house will also be rented for $330-$340pw.
